Bug: Settings "Allowed Wake Window" is not properly synced to the smart alarm page

Describe the bug
If wake window is set in settings, the time dials in smart alarm page (of allowed wake window) is not set accordingly.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to settings.
2. Set the wake window for next day.
3. Go to Smart Alarm page, to allowed wake window section. View that the time dials aren't correctly set.

Expected behavior
The time dial should be set to the wake window set in settings.
