Is it conceivable that MG4control might one day be available for MG4 V4 models (from 2006 onwards)?
If help were needed for this, in what form could we provide it?

It seems to me that, so far, no one has been able to access the Android settings on version 2026.
Once that’s done and the list of firmware versions for the new release is available, it will theoretically be possible to adapt MG4Control for version 2026.

@jeanpaulik Isn't there already a profile backup system built right into version 2026 of the MG4?

Yes, it's "MG Pilot." It has basic features, but what I miss most is the automatic application of the default profile when the vehicle starts up.

OK, I'll make a note of that!
As far as I know, no one has yet been able to access the AAOS settings to install APKs there.
