Dragging the time slider outside of replay timeframe will keep updating the tooltip #166
Description
In replay viewer, if you drag the time slider outside of replay timeframe (so either left of 0 seconds or right of replay time), the tooltip will still keep updating the time value beyond what the replay time is. It should stop at the lowest or highest value, respectively.
