feat: Remove Friends tab from Reels

Description

SCInsta already offers functions to hide Reels, helping users who want to avoid distractions on Instagram.
However, the Friends tab within Reels remains visible and ends up working as a shortcut to fall back into short and distracting content.
This goes against the goal of those who disable Reels: to reduce binge drinking and keep the experience cleaner.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add an option in the SCInsta settings to hide the Friends tab from Reels.
In this way, users who want to avoid distractions will have a more consistent experience, without loopholes that lead them back to Reels consumption.

Describe alternatives you've considered

An alternative might be to reposition the Friends Reels in another part of the app, however, it does not solve the main problem.

Do you think the best option is to just hide the "Friends" option, or to hide the entire selection bar altogether? As clicking on "Reels" will allow you to view reels from your following accounts and your local location.

I agree, it makes sense, I think an option to hide the entire bar would be a better option, because there are only 2 options, if you hid only the friends tab, there would be only 1 option to select, which doesn't make much sense.
If you hide the entire bar it would look the same as the versions prior to these latest updates, it would be ideal.
