feat: display answer for password-locked media

General idea:

• Hook IGMediaOverlayProfileWithPasswordView to get the _answer NSString ivar.
• If needed, there’s an example post on the Instagram @design account
• Hook the _hintLabel UILabel ivar’s setText: method to append the password to the end of the originally passed string arg
