Tee animation and sprite

• Prepare tee sprite for melonJS (using default brown tee skin)
• Animate feet when in mid air
• Animate feet when walking
• Animate eyes, hands and gun on mouse move
• Animate blinking eyes
• Restrict jump to double-jump
• Correct jump height and walk speed to match teeworlds
