TinyMCE Controls in AdminCP

What is the feature?

TinyMCE has a several plugins and features, but neither all are necessary. The "New" button is an example of feature from TinyMCE that is almost useless in Social Engine. I would like to suggest that in admincp there is a option where we can set what buttons we want from TinyMCE. Actually is possible to do this but is required to edit core files.

I had already added this to our list of features to consider in April. It would be nice to have controls.
