Better admin tools

Hello. We wanted to talk about this in light of how restricted this engines admin tools are compared to their competitors.

Things we would like to see int he admin section:

1. a way to keep track of accounts that cancelled. Atleast their email addresses.
   2, a list of users that are triggering the "Censoring words" list
2. reading inbox messages through the admin panel
3. welcome email. when a user logs in for the first time.
4. ability to temporarily ban a user account
5. sorting the members list by Location ( state mainly)
