CHRONOS alignment follow-on: wire safe-trace carrier fields into decision-emission (per sociosphere#498)

Context

SocioProphet/socioprophet#498 tracks the overall KAIROS↔CHRONOS alignment thread. sociosphere/docs/integration/neurosymbolic-chronos-alignment.md's authority-plane table assigns Superconscious the "Visible cognition loop" role — the CHRONOS-consuming runtime. Its "Definition of done" requires a downstream follow-on item here before the lane counts as captured. This is that item.

What already exists in this repo

docs/neurosymbolic-cognition-position.md (v0.1) already anticipates this exact connection. It states the governing sentence "Superconscious coordinates neuro-symbolic cognition; it does not authorize neuro-symbolic claims," lists a "Safe trace requirements" section requiring method family, source evidence reference, carrier status, grounding status, validation status, policy decision reference, owning authority plane, non-authority declaration, and replay reference — which is essentially the CHRONOS carrier-boundary field list from the alignment doc, restated locally. It also has an "Authority split" table pointing CHRONOS/corpus-loop integration at sociosphere.

But per that same doc's "M1 restriction": "M1 remains deterministic and inert. Neuro-symbolic integration in this document is documentation, fixture, and test posture only. It does not modify the runner or adapter authority." Checking the actual schemas confirms this: schemas/decision-emission.draft.schema.json (and schemas/lawful-learning/decision-emission.v1.json) only carry adapter, trunk, head, approval, replay_seal — none of the carrier fields the position doc itself says a safe trace should preserve (method family, grounding status, validation status, explanation trace reference, owning authority plane, non-authority declaration).

The concrete gap

Superconscious has the doctrine for consuming CHRONOS carriers but no wiring: the decision-emission schema/fixtures that actually exist don't yet carry the fields docs/neurosymbolic-cognition-position.md prescribes for a safe trace of a neuro-symbolic event. So today, if Superconscious observed a candidate carrier (a fuzzy score, a learned rule, a symbolic derivation), there's no schema slot to record method family, grounding/validation status, or the owning-authority-plane/non-authority declaration alongside the decision.

Ask

Look at whether schemas/decision-emission.draft.schema.json / schemas/lawful-learning/decision-emission.v1.json (or a new sibling schema) should gain the safe-trace fields already specified in docs/neurosymbolic-cognition-position.md, so a decision-emission record can actually reference a CHRONOS carrier it observed. This is a request to look at the connection, not a mandate for a specific schema change — Superconscious remains coordination-only and does not gain carrier, ontology, policy, or evidence authority.

Non-goals

• No canonical-schema authority moves into sociosphere or into this repo.
• This does not authorize Superconscious to treat any carrier field as evidence, truth, or policy admission — it only asks whether the recording surface should exist.
• Final authority for the fields themselves stays with AgentPlane (evidence/replay), Ontogenesis (vocabulary), and sourceos-spec (canonical schema), per this repo's own "Authority split" table.
