Migrating existing finduser page

• After admin login, some code changes may be required to make the finduser page work as expected, this issue is to track those changes.
• Migrate the database interaction code to a separate services module for segregation of business logic from react UI code
• Find user page should be at a private route, i.e. only logged in user should be able to access that page
