Adding a Separate Dataset for Scrim Points

Irox at the of end of the fourm asks for clarification on whether Scrim Eligibility and point fall off will be included into one of the existing datasets OR in a new separate "Eligibility" dataset. To which Nigel replies that it is currently undecided on whether we'll add it to a current dataset or make a new one.
