Requiring AUTH after Every Login

Issue started occurring post Dev_User fix. When users login it almost always requires reauthorizing. As Colt has put it the shelf life of the token is not lasting nearly as long as it should it seems.  

Tested by me, 3 logins in a row within a 3hr period and it required me to reauth every time.
