Currently the window class is set to java, as per GLFW defaults; it should be set to com.mojang.Minecraft or something of the like.
In addition, it would be nice to extract the icons automatically to ~/.local/share/icons via a button in options or something, together with a desktop file to provision those icons to Minecraft.
