Dr. Culbertson had a nice way to structure the outcome of this exercise.

He suggested some context before getting into the November exercise.

Discussion: What is the big outcome?

Phases - prepare, fly, recover
For each topic - have each team focus on how their topic fits into the big picture and phases. This helps with the discussion and analysis. An additional benefit of introducing the big picture first is that it also lets them think about how they fit into the big picture as well as interact with each other.
