[Bug] Bees pickup excess items

Description

Bees don't check if there's enough space in the target inventory for the item they are carrying and drop the remainder of a stack on the floor

Steps to Reproduce

1. Place a chest and give it a cargo port
2. Fill the chest until there's just under a stack of space left
3. Set the cargo port to request from another chest that contains a stack or more of the same item

Expected Behavior

The bee will pick up and drop a stack only when there is a fully empty slot available in the requesting chest

Actual Behavior

The bee picks up a stack and drops the remainder on the floor

Environment

• Minecraft Version: (e.g. 1.21.1)
• Mod Loader: NeoForge
• Mod Version: 1.3.3
• Create Version: 6.0.10

This is sadly hard to implement performantly, as inventories can change while the bee check if its full or not. For example, bee checks if the inventory has space for item => targets it. Bee then flies to chest. But now the chest is full, the question is what should happen then.

I think maybe a way to make this work is if the insert fails, we can check for another inventory first, and limit it to 3 tries or something to prevent infinite loops.

I don''t think that would be an issue as the current solution could still work, the bee would only need to check once for the start of it's flight (like it already does to know if it's full or not) and if the inventory fills up in the way just drop the rest like it does now

This should work since if you are using only bees for importing items to a container it will work perfectly fine, it will only have problems when you are inserting things to a chest with more than just bees, but since there's no need for that, solving that problem is not a necessity but instead an engineering problem for the player

I ran into this problem on my small andesite factory trying to replace a belt with bees to make it look better, but they waste too many resources to be practical
