Suikoden I+II HD 60fps

I've been poking around MAIN for this game myself and unfortunately I've got no idea what value to modify to achieve 60fps.
Can you please look into this one? Ultrawide would be cool too, but I just want it to look as good as it did on PS1 which ran at 60fps.
