[migration] add slugs to characters

Overview

Part of StoryShop/app#32.

Worlds and characters do not presently have slugs. All current characters and worlds must be migrated to contain slugs using a standard sluggification procedure (lower case letters and dashes only, without two consecutive dashes, with max length of 50 chars).
