#2 Issue 2: [UI] Video Player with "Pay to Unlock"

Description:
The core interface. A video player that checks the blockchain status. If funds run out or time expires, pause video and show "Top Up" modal.

Acceptance Criteria:

[ ] Use video.js or react-player.

[ ] Overlay "Locked" state with blur effect.

[ ] Auto-resume when transaction confirms.

[ ] Display "Time Remaining" in the corner.
