What is Sploosh?

A language designed from the first keyword so that LLMs write correct code on the first try: Rust-grade safety, Elixir-style actor concurrency, and native web2/web3 targets from a single syntax. The full language spec already exists (LANGUAGE_SPEC.md v0.5.14-draft); the compiler bootstrap is underway in Rust.
