Gallery Page - Responsiveness

As of now, the gallery page isn't fully compatible with the phone version.

Requirements

1. The cubes shown in the image must scale to a smaller, appropriate size for phone/tablet versions
2. The SAAR logo must come to the middle for phone/tablet versions. The back arrow will remain at the same place (left)
3. When viewed in the phone version, the gallery page on its whole scrolls both horizontally and vertically. This must not be scrollable and the entire page should be static
4. The pull-up arrow must move immediately to the right place when the screen is resized. As of now, the animations control the toggle state of the pull-up button so with rotation, the translation is also timed. These two must be decoupled.
