Description
Allow users to request Stellar testnet tokens directly from the application. This integration will be useful for developers testing blockchain‑related snippet functionality without requiring manual faucet access.

Acceptance Criteria

• Provide UI option to request testnet tokens
• Integrate with Stellar testnet faucet API
• Display success/error toast notifications (using global toaster system)
• Show updated wallet balance after faucet request
• Ensure secure handling of wallet addresses
• Limit request frequency to prevent abuse
