Use currency symbol as a complexity marker?

I've been testing ratemypdf.com on a few different PDFs, and the IRS Form 1040 gets a remarkably low score. It has lots of short input fields, but so many ask for specific dollar figures.

Anything with a $ should probably be considered a GATHERED or CREATED answer.

Also makes me think we need to score on both the normalized field name and on the context surrounding the field.
