Clarify:

1. Documents remain the property of the person who uploads them and will not be reviewed for any purpose other than to prevent abuse
2. We send data to third party APIs -- specifically GPT 3.5. Maybe this should be optional when using the tool, not just for deployment?

FWIW, the First Circuit uses wanted this too. They were particularly interested in data retention and use as to the forms. The main concern was that given the nature of the tool they would be uploading draft documents and they didn't want anyone somehow mistake them for official documents. Background: they used to place things on their website and they would get scraped and "mistaken" for published documents. So they were looking for assurances that something similar wouldn't happen.
