New WarpPod behaviours

[SuperHackio]

This feature allows Warp Pods to be used in unlock progression, among some other related features.

*Note: This feature was previously a GLE Extension for Super Mario Orbit. Unfortunately since I lost the original source, I will have to retrieve it. Thankfully GLE is always in straight Assembly.

• Properly implement the ability to not use light trails
