[Bug] Weird line between translucent overlay textures

Bug description

When the texture rendering mode is set to "translucent", a weird line between the overlay texture and the overlapping block is barely visible. However, it is a lot more noticeable with white textures (for example snow blocks). No matter what I canged in the resourcepack files, it still was there. It only occurs with the "translucent" rendering mode.

Steps to reproduce

Open Minecraft, load resourcepack, place a snow block next to a stone block (works with other blocks)

Most likely the same issue as #204 which appears in 1.21.11 for some reason.

Just Want To Note Im On 1.21.1 Neoforge and also have white lines in my glass

I've made more tests and it’s actually the texture of the block that’s below causing the weird line. It is likely to be a small texture offset but i'm not sure about that.
