With 11.10 OnSite release, there have been changes to the SMTP configuration.
The release notes lists the following:
Support for oAuth authentication on outgoing email (SMTP)
Looking at the software, i notice the following changes:
- SMTP configuration option is gone in 'old' service
- New OAUTH option in CRM.Web admin -> preferences -> global preferences
I assume this works similar to the incoming OAUTH IMAP supported that was added earlier (https://docs.superoffice.com/en/online/mail-services/curl/index.html#connection-and-authentication)
- Does it use the same enterprise app? are there other requirements?
