12.1 - Release notes

SuperOffice 12 - a new main version of SuperOffice CRM where AI becomes part of how you work every day.

This main version brings AI capabilities to all areas of SuperOffice, available to all customers. If you have been part of the AI Lab pilot program, many of these features will already be familiar - they will part of the standard product.

SuperOffice 12 also introduces the CRM Suite - where the focus is to give a comprehensive solution for our product portfolio in different license packages.

From this version, all feature updates are available to SuperOffice Online customers only. Onsite installations will receive security updates only.

Pilot info and release of new features:

• Userflow: Depends if it's mentioned and if on for all or just FT=on
• Community: Pilot article will get updated with new features, by pm's or Frode
• Docs: No mentions
• Release notes: Pilot section only + Nothing before GA

When GA:

• Add release notes to Docs
• Add Learn/Help docs to Docs
• Add flows/launchers in Userflow if needed
• Create a community article if needed
