Pressing the 'Tab' key in the bindings section of a SQL query doesn't work as expected

Describe the bug
After typing the name, I want to press 'Tab' and then enter a default value. Unfortunately at the moment pressing tab does not put the cursor into the default value field.

Likewise, pressing tab when on the default value should move to the next binding name if available.

Additionally, I have found that I need to click the + Bindings button twice.
