date_min - First patient's date. If coloured orange falls outwith declared collection dates (or collection dates not declared yet).
date_max - Last patient's date. If coloured orange falls outwith declared collection dates (or collection dates not declared yet).
start, end data collection dates as declared by the team in Data collection completion. If coloured red not declared yet.
completed - Collaborators confirmed they have completed data entry on the Data collection completion form. If coloured red not Confirmed yet:
