Ship a five-minute working fighter starter pack

Goal

Ship a tiny, fully redistributable starter path that becomes visible in the Animation Lab within five minutes of a fresh clone.

Acceptance criteria

• Provide a working sample fighter pack or fighter:new --sample mode using only original or CC0 assets.
• Include a complete minimal animation mapping and provenance.
• Keep the sample small enough for a normal Git clone.
• A fresh clone can generate, preview, modify, and validate the sample without finding external assets.
• Document the measured end-to-end path and expected output.
• Add a CI test that exercises the starter workflow.
