Add Chinese input support for mpv chat

Currently, mpv’s chat input (activated with Enter) does not support IME input, making it impossible to type Chinese directly.(Alternatively, perhaps I'm missing the correct method to enable this?)

Would this be possible to implement? Thanks for considering!

I don't know whether or not this is possible to implement as I am not familiar with IME or how it is handled by mpv.

Presumably if it is possible it would require updating the Syncplay.lua script, possibly to use mp.input. Some features may depend on mpv version.

An important consideration is to ensure that adding IME support for one use case doesn't break things for other use cases.
