Suggestion: Make builder's boots able to walk on powder snow

I think it would make sense for builder's boots to inherit the walking on powder snow ability of leather boots

If you think builder's set inheriting leather set traits is a good idea then it could also inherit being in the #minecraft:freeze_immune_wearables tag
