LVDS Clock Circuit should have 100 Ohm terminator

In the clock drive to ADC ENC+/ENC-, there is no LVDS terminator:

Perhaps that was a designer choice. FYI, the RX888 has this (see snapshot of LVDS driver reverse engineered below)

And get some visual mention in the LTC2208 and SN65LVDS1 specification sheet:

pesky sending from my phone sent a fragment! Editing... It is better to have the pads and choose whether to populate it for production, when we have the prototype boards, than to not have provisions for it.
