[doc] module reference for converters broken

After the PR #286 the module reference documentation on the unstable branch looks very broken. We should think about how to add the proper reference or have some link to the dftkit documentation on that page. Maybe we should add a link to the dftkit doc in the docstring. Right now the documentation moved to: https://triqs.github.io/dftkit/latest/_autosummary/triqs_dftkit.html but the naming scheme is different. @Wentzell @Thoemi09 can you have a look at https://triqs.github.io/dft_tools/unstable/_python_api/triqs_dft_tools.converters.html at let me know if there is a more elegant solution than just putting the link in the docstring of the module?

Yes why not - for now I do not have a more elegant solution. Question is if we refer to the converter documentation in the tutorials this will now go into the void, which is a bit sad. Like here: https://triqs.github.io/dft_tools/unstable/guide/conv_vasp.html

Ah, I see, there are more references. Do you know how many? If it's not a lot, the simplest solution is probably again to replace the references with manual links.

Otherwise, we could also try https://www.sphinx-doc.org/en/master/usage/extensions/intersphinx.html and try to link to dftkit. But I don't know if this would simplify things for us.
