Access denied (403 Forbidden) when

When trying to run following command:

sudo python3 scanner.py --shodan --api-token 'token' --query 'country:"RU" http.status:200 product:"Hikvision IP Camera"' --pages 1

I get the following screen pointing to line 404 of scanner.py
