[Testing] Add smoke tests for Zero-DCE model output

Hi @TechieSamosa! Here's my plan for this issue:

What I'll do:

• Write a pytest smoke test in tests/ that loads the Zero-DCE model,
  runs inference on a dummy input tensor, and asserts the output values
  are strictly within [0, 1]

How I'll do it:

1. Create tests/test_model_output.py
2. Use a random numpy array as a mock low-light image input
3. Pass it through the model's curve estimation step
4. Assert output.min() >= 0 and output.max() <= 1
5. Also check output shape matches expected (H, W, 24) — 8 iterations × 3 channels

Tools: pytest, numpy, torch/tensorflow (whichever the project uses)

I have already completed Issue #15 (the DCE-Net architecture diagram)
as my first contribution. Happy to get started on this right away!

I really don't know how you found my repository but as per my knowledge my project hasn't been listed on the GSSoC'26's site yet. I'm not aware if its listed because I didn't receive any mail notification as such. So I can't guarantee you points or what ever scoring system they are using, after the PR is merged. Just thought of letting you know
