Errors in `fetch_all_mods` interrupt the progress bar

Although the issue already existed, it was unapparent until error message severity was increased in #50.

Ooookkk, so 0.6.0 is out and hopefully this issue is resolved in a good manner. I split up the download bars as well, so overall it should be easier to see what is error out and when AND not interrupt the downloads of other mods. Give it a shot and let me know if its still a problem.
