ROCm doesn't work on VEGA APU yet

Aslo the CUDA version can't see Zluda at all. Hope one of these versions works on old AMD Vega APU one day.

I have added the functionality to add custom virtual environments so it should be possible to add a ZLUDA environment.

I don't know much about ZLUDA but will see if I can get an environment setup and included in the build
