Troubleshooting

• I have examined logs and tried to find the issue
• I have reviewed opened and closed issues
• I have tried restarting the application
• I have read Known Issues (Known Issues (Read Before Posting) #296)

The Problem

Sometimes, I cannot SSH to server, the panel only show Connection log(0)

It's worked again if I relogin to Termix

How to Reproduce

1. Just use SSH Terminal until cannot SSH into a machine

2. Relogin 3. It works again

do you use an additional Proxy / Reverse Proxy in your Setup?
Have you cleared your cookies once and did the Issue persist afertwards?
