Make index.html's button:hover color change more distinct

Button's color in its initial state is #7fd2f5, upon hovering the color changes to #9acff2, however, this color change is not distinct enough.

The color change on hover should be more distinct and be in line with the WL color scheme and other buttons such as the font-awesome icons for Github and Twitter.
