Hyper Torture Mode only loops single problem

I thought Hyper Torture Mode would be about supplying a new problem every time a new tab is opened. 

But at present it just keeps on supplying the daily problem repeatedly even after successful completion of the program. 
Is this a bug or the intended feature?
