UCNS canon — geometry only

Identity

UCNS is a stable identifier. Its active repository authority is geometric.

Defining operation

UCNS assigns elements of an unknowable to completion through geometric motion.

Assignment, ordered motion, orientation, nesting, recursive scale, and scoped completion are load-bearing. Text labels, lexical definitions, corpora, hashes, evaluator frameworks, and external semantic graphs are not substitutes for geometry.

Public Gonol carrier

The exact 157-position Public Gonol arrangement is retained as geometry. Every admitted glyph is a Public Gonol function position. No active UCNS rule divides these positions into letters, punctuation, symbols, digits, lexical glyphs, or other linguistic classes.

The exact operation of a function position must be supplied by a geometric construction. It may be identity-like ("carry on") where geometry supports that behavior. Unicode names and dictionary definitions do not define Public Gonol function semantics.

Möbius origin and return

Structural Null is singular, anchors the native Möbius construction as its origin, and is not ordinary numeric zero. How that origin attachment is represented across Structural Null and its carrier remains candidate-scoped. A coordinate-free intrinsic Structural Null is one jurisdictional candidate: coordinate, payload, frame, orientation, placement, and relation would belong to an ambient carrier rather than become intrinsic null structure. The current executable identity and directed-cover chapter do not yet satisfy one consistent representation, so that intrinsic/extrinsic jurisdiction is not promoted here.

hmmm: reconcile Structural Null's executable representation and candidate documentation before canonizing its intrinsic/extrinsic jurisdiction.

The native framed root-loop quotient is:

(t, ε) ~ (t + n, (-1)^n ε)

A 360° visible return changes local frame. A 720° motion restores complete local state.

The directed twofold carrier remains an explicit geometric candidate/projection; it does not erase the native Möbius law.

Modular orbit geometry

Finite modular-action circle geometry is an executable UCNS geometry candidate when represented as geometry rather than imported domain meaning. For a modulus m, multiplier a, and caller-declared canonical residue carrier S, the candidate records

T_{a,m}(x) = a*x mod m

together with exact action edges, disjoint cycles, cycle periods, and exact normalized circle positions r/m turns.

The candidate cycle primitive requires S to be nonempty, closed under the action, and bijective under that action. This is the boundary that makes the output a cycle decomposition; non-bijective modular maps are functional graphs and are not silently relabeled as cycle geometry.

The executable representation and its arithmetic are exact within those declared inputs, but the representation is not ratified as active selected UCNS geometry merely because it executes and replays. Its own declared falsifier/replay/ratification evidence is still required before stronger standing. UCNS owns the candidate implementation/public contract; that ownership does not itself select the candidate as canon.

The candidate does not assign special physical, prime, Fibonacci, PCEA, EPAC, or other downstream significance to m, a, the carrier, or any observed cycle. Canonical residues are 0..m-1; display aliases belong to renderers.

Continuum wave / gonal boundary trace

On the visible circle boundary, UCNS has an executable candidate continuum-to-finite trace. For radius R, angular coordinate θ, and propagation speed c, the scalar circle wave equation is

u_tt = (c^2/R^2) u_θθ.

Periodicity gives integer spatial harmonics n. For an m-gonal boundary, canonical residue r is placed at the exact visible turn

r/m

and harmonic n has exact spatial phase turn

(n*r mod m)/m.

For any positive integer continuum covering degree d, the matched spacetime pullback

(θ, t) -> (dθ, dt)

preserves the wave equation. On harmonics it sends n -> d*n; on the finite gonal boundary it induces

r -> d*r mod m.

If the finite modular multiplier is

a = d mod m,

then this is exactly the modular action r -> a*r mod m.

The reduction to residues forgets continuum degree. Degrees

d, d+m, d+2m, ...

produce the same finite action but different harmonic multiplication and time scaling. Therefore ModularOrbitGeometry(multiplier=a) does not uniquely determine a continuum covering. Any continuum witness must record an explicit positive degree d satisfying d mod m = a.

When the declared finite carrier is closed and bijective under that action, ModularOrbitGeometry supplies the corresponding disjoint cycle decomposition.

These equations and finite trace identities are exact within their declared model, but the representation relation remains candidate and not ratified as active selected UCNS geometry. Executability is evidence for correctness of the candidate implementation, not a replacement for its selection protocol.

This relation is geometric only. The wave equation does not select a privileged modulus, carrier, covering degree, congruence-class representative, or downstream physical interpretation. A generic m-gonal trace is also not automatically the 157-position Public Gonol; that identification requires separate geometric authority.

hmmm: the candidate's own ratification path; the exact lift from this visible 360° circle trace into complete native Möbius state; and any law selecting one continuum degree d from the class d ≡ a (mod m). The visible trace does not yet carry the frame information required for 720° local return.

Retained research

Active research may remain in UCNS only when it directly constructs, compares, certifies, or replays geometry or topology. This includes Möbius vesica/seed constructions, exact interval/certificate machinery used by them, candidate finite modular-action orbit/circle geometry, candidate exact visible-circle continuum/gonal boundary traces, and prime-indexed ribbon/link/topological geometry.

Excluded domains

The following are not active UCNS domain content:

  • lexical floors, dictionaries, OEWN, xkcd vocabulary processing;
  • word, morphology, gloss, definition, or semantic recursion machinery;
  • Unicode-name-derived function semantics;
  • EDCM corpus or measurement profiles;
  • PTCNA state or neural-network adapters;
  • generic evaluator/laboratory/holdout infrastructure;
  • generic metadata-free relation graphs that do not themselves realize geometry;
  • cross-stack bridges.

Those experiments remain recoverable from Git history but carry no current UCNS authority.

Completion boundary

A construction may close only relative to its declared geometric boundary. No executable convenience is promoted to the complete UCNS merely because it produces coordinates, hashes, scores, or labels.

hmmm: ratification of the modular-orbit / continuum-boundary-trace candidates; the full circle → epicycle → disk → sphere → recursive-scale transition law; exact direct coupling across distant scales; the visible-circle trace → native Möbius complete-state lift; any law selecting one continuum lift from a finite modular congruence class; and the geometric operation of Public Gonol function positions not yet constructed.
