Switch challonge upcoming matches to use numerical identifier

For whatever reason, the Challonge site now uses numerical identifiers for matches, even though their API still returns letter identifiers. However, we can work around this by finding the initial match ID and counting up. This would make it easier for TOs to give us match IDs.
