Open the Playlist tab, and click to open a playlist like Plex, it happens on the larger playlists, or any that's over 500 channels...
When the channels show, look at the top right of the page, and look at the scroll bar for where the scroll position indicator is...
On the Plex list, you can see it at the top...
Use the mouse wheel and scroll down one position...
Now look for the scroll indicator... it's missing.
Turn the mouse wheel down a few positions and on my computer after about 6-7 down, you can see the scroll indicator peeking out...
Scroll down a bit more with the mouse wheel and you will now see the full scroll indicator...
This happens on any screen/tab where you have a lot of lines and you need to scroll down...
