consider adding a feature that allows users to submit their own facts to the Fact Crow

Fact Crow is grim and cool, what if users can submit facts which are checked by QA so see if they are facts or edgy in the factcrow.go way?

Put them in a userFacts var maybe?
I'd like to try adding more user customization and cross interactions between some of the plugins, allowing interoperability.
