Outdated CHANGELOG.md

Hi,

Thanks for the project. It's very functional. We're using it at https://github.com/chamilo/chamilo-lms.

We sometimes check the changelog of our dependencies when trying to find some major change, but I see the changelog, even in the master branch right now, is still at v1.0.0 from 16NOV2015. I think an update saying "This file is no longer maintained, please check https://github.com/TheNetworg/oauth2-azure/releases" would be useful.

Thank you for the contribution. Unfortunately, I don't have enough time and enough active projects using this library to continuously maintain it and improve it. I have been looking at some other Microsoft compatible alternatives which I could suggest and probably the most advanced and compatible-ish implementation is Microsoft's Kiota provider which they use for API generation. I will post some further thoughts on the future of this library during H1CY24.

I haven't seen any updates on this, do you confirm this library has been discontinued?
Do you think the Microsoft's Kiota provider library can be used to authenticate using MS Entra ID?
