MOPAssembler: allow for multiple geometries of CBUs in case of conformational flexibility

The organic CBUs can often adopt multiple molecular conformations and certain conformations are better for certain assembly models, espcially if the CBU contains aliphatic substituents. The assembler should be able assemble MOPs using all provided conformations if requested.
