Need NAMING SCHEME TOGGLE to clear the custom NAMING SCHEME INPUT if switched back to USE SERVER DEFAULT

User found issue that if there's a name in the CUSTOM NAMING SCHEME INPUT, and the USE SERVER DEFAULT TOGGLE is switched back - this input doesn't clear and causes errors.
