I am trying to set the parameters using a video recording whenever I try to open a video including the samples provided, I got this error ValueError: not enough values to unpack (expected 3, got 2)

I am sorry you have been experiencing issues, can you please provide which type of operative system and machine are you running tierpsy on?. Are you able to open the videos you are testing using a video player tool like VLC?. Can you please send the full error log?

Thank you for your quick response. I am running the software on Ubuntu, and I specifically installed Ubuntu for this purpose since all our Mac systems use Apple Silicon.

Here is my Ubuntu version:

Hello!,

Thank you for the detailed information about the issue you are having. It seems to be a compatibility issue caused by the newer versions of OpenCV. Some openCV functions used to return 3 values, but newer versions now return 2 instead. If this is what is causing the error, downgrading OpenCV to an earlier version (3.4.0.14) would fix the issue. Hope this helps!
