Possibility of decoding/decompressing the sequences from the graph?

Hello,
When looking through the command line options, I didn't find any way how to decompress the reads back to FASTA file. Is there a plan to add the functionality?

A proof of concept but rather sub-optimal version of read extraction is implemented via the java API. The main logic is in the GraphWalker class. The dump() method needs a few minor tweaks to actually extract the sequence again - in particular, it needs to use the 3 parameter followEdge() call which is commented out rather than the 1 parameter version which gets tags only.
